4. By using our vouchers, you consent to us sharing certain personal information with our affiliates and necessary third parties in the ordinary course of our business and in line with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.  
5. Vouchers are issued strictly at our discretion. 
6. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced in any other way.  
7. Vouchers can only be redeemed within the borders of South Africa. 
8. Vouchers can only be purchased from an approved Ackermans store. Ackermans and OTT may not be held liable for any vouchers purchased from fraudulent or misleading sites.  
9. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher, or discount. 
10. Once a voucher has been purchased, additional benefits or values cannot be added to existing vouchers. 
11. A Voucher is deemed as used once purchased and cannot be refunded.  
12. You may not sell, issue, exchange, barter or redeem a voucher for cash, and you may not exchange or sell any other goods or services for vouchers. 
13. All vouchers are valid for a maximum period of three (3) years unless otherwise stated. 
14. Any balance that remains on a voucher after the voucher's validity period has ended will no longer be available for use, as the validity of the vouchers cannot be extended. 
15. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour in order to benefit unduly from a voucher is an abuse of the benefit, and Ackermans and OTT reserves the right to deactivate, cancel and/or not honour your voucher.  
16. Should a voucher be mutilated, tampered or damaged in any way, it will become invalid and will not be accepted. No refunds will be given in this instance.  
17. Ackermans and OTT reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions whenever it deems it appropriate to do so and whenever it is necessary to do so in terms of applicable laws.  
18. By continuing to purchase vouchers following any updates or amendments to these Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have agreed to such updates or amendments. 
19. You are responsible for checking the terms and conditions applicable to vouchers regularly and ensuring you understand the voucher’s applications and limitations.
